Who is this training for

This training is suitable for both beginners and experienced participants who wish to open more deeply in the area of sexuality and at the same time learn how to give a Tantric massage — either to clients or partners.It offers a safe space for self-exploration, energy awareness, and developing the art of conscious, respectful touch.

Inner Work – Working with Yourself

• Learning to connect with and experience your own sexual energy — generated from within, not from external stimulation.

• Exploring where you currently are in your relationship to sexuality — in the areas of guilt, fear, or shame.

• Bringing awareness to the body and to the present moment.

• Guided exercises that help you reconnect with your body, your senses, and your sexual energy as a source of vitality and creativity.

Working with a Client

• Understanding the principle of Tantric body awakening and sensory activation through Tantric massage.

• How to lead an introductory conversation and establish healthy boundaries.

• Knowledge of suitable and unsuitable massage oils and aroma magic.

• Principles of hygiene and energetic cleanliness.

• The opening ritual – structure and intention.

• Activation of the body through breath, movement, and sound.

• Releasing tension from the body through various types of touch and sensory experiences, using different tools to awaken and bring awareness into the body.

• Awakening the skin’s sensitivity with soft and gentle materials.

• Various forms of oil touch – energizing, sensual, and calming.

• Understanding and performing the complete Tantra Healing Massage, including elements inspired by Kahuna bodywork.

• Proper closing and integration – acceptance, gratitude, and respect.

• Sharing and conversation after the massage session.

After completing the training

After completing Tantra Healing Massage Training – Level 1, you will be able to offer a complete Tantra Healing massage session following the full flow and principles of conscious touch and energy work.This training does not include intimate massage, and all techniques are taught with deep respect and awareness.You will also learn how to connect with your own sexual energy and use it as a source of vitality, presence, and inner harmony.

All participants receive a Certificate of Completion for Tantra Healing Massage Level 1.

Individual Option

All Tantra Healing trainings can also be arranged as individual sessions.An individual Level 1 training focuses primarily on work with the client and is held at a mutually agreed date that suits your schedule. This option provides a private, personalized approach to the learning process.
