9D Breathwork® Group Session

Service Description

Experience 9D Breathwork in a supportive group setting, where you’ll be guided through an immersive, multi-sensory journey using breath, sound and carefully designed audio. Each group session is centred around a specific 9D journey and intention. You’ll be guided through the entire experience, allowing you to turn your attention inward while sharing the space and energy of the journey with others. Every experience is different. Depending on the journey, the session may support you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, exploring emotions, releasing tension or simply creating space for something new. Your Group Session Includes: * A short introduction and explanation before we begin * Guidance on the breathing technique and what to expect * A selected 9D Breathwork journey * Guidance and support throughout the experience * Time to gently come back, integrate and reflect afterwards * Headphones provided for in-person sessions No previous breathwork experience is needed.
