Experience 9D Breathwork in a private 1:1 setting, with the session tailored to you and where you are right now. We’ll begin with a conversation about what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to focus on and what you hope to get from the session. Based on this, I’ll help you choose the 9D journey that best aligns with your intention. Before we begin, I’ll explain the breathing technique, guide you through what to expect and make sure you feel comfortable and prepared. You’ll then be guided through an immersive, multi-sensory 9D Breathwork experience, with my support throughout the journey. Afterwards, we’ll allow time to gently come back, reflect and integrate your experience. Your Private Session Includes: * A personal 1:1 consultation * A 9D journey selected around your intention * Breathwork preparation and guidance * Support throughout your experience * Time for integration and reflection afterwards * Available online or in person No previous breathwork experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to explore.
