The goal is not to hold the energy back, but to spread it throughout the whole body. If you are booking a massage for the first time for a specific purpose (for example, if you want to work with your sexuality or address something related to sexuality or relationships), a consultation is required in advance, either online or in person. If you are booking a massage for the first time without a specific purpose (meaning you don’t have a particular learning goal or issue to resolve), you will need to purchase a video from our e-shop before your first Tantra massage.
